RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return the packs within 14 working days. The packs should be returned unused in the original packaging.

Before sending your returned goods, please contact service@atarofood.nl. Please include the following details in your e-mail.

• Your order id
• A photograph of the article, clearly showing the label with the barcode

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Atarofood with instructions and a return number which you will need in order to return the package.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a credit note by mail. Your money will be credited via your original method of payment. Atarofood will reimburse the amount in question within 30days after the receipt of the returned goods. The cost of return is at your own expense.
