- Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
- The product must be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
- To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order, including your name, date of purchase, copy of receipt and order number. We will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on returning the item.
- Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend using durable packaging and a tracked shipping service when returning your item(s), as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
In case of a return, we will refund your order’s full purchase price to your original payment method.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your returned item(s).

Gift cards, custom or personalized orders, and final sale items
Damaged or Defective Product: In the unlikely event that the products are faulty, damaged or defective, please also contact customer service within 30 days of delivery in possession of pictures, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
